The evening

  • When and where does Cœur & Traditions take place?
    On Friday, November 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM, at the Hôtel-Musée Premières Nations, 5 Place de la Rencontre, Wendake, Québec.
  • Is there a dress code?
    We recommend business or smart casual attire. Details will be confirmed by email as the evening approaches.
  • Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
    The Hôtel-Musée Premières Nations is accessible. Mention any specific needs when booking or write to us.
  • Is there on-site parking?
    On-site parking is available at the Hôtel-Musée Premières Nations.

Tickets

  • How much is a ticket?
    $300 per person, general admission. Booking is done online through Zeffy.
  • Can I buy a ticket in person?
    Booking is done exclusively online through Zeffy.
  • Can I offer a ticket as a gift?
    Yes. When booking on Zeffy, you can enter the recipient’s details.
  • How do I book a corporate table?
    The $2,400 corporate table includes 8 seats and logo visibility on the table. Book through Zeffy or email us for a tailored agreement.

Donations and receipts

  • Where do the proceeds go?
    One hundred percent of the proceeds go to Leucan, which supports children fighting cancer and their families across Québec.
  • Can I donate without attending the dinner?
    Yes. A Make a donation button leads straight to the Cœur & Traditions Leucan campaign.
  • Do tickets include a tax receipt?
    The donation portion is eligible for a tax receipt issued by Leucan. You will receive it in the weeks following the dinner.
  • Can I donate in someone’s honour?
    Yes, directly through the Cœur & Traditions CrowdChange campaign. A personal message can accompany your donation.
